Pre-Purchase Inspections

If you are considering purchasing a property, then you should ensure that due diligence is undertaken with regards to asbestos before you buy and factor this into the purchase price.

Asbestos Removal Quotation

Asbestos Removal Works

• •  All works shall be carried out in accordance with current WorkCover legislation and Government Guidelines
• •  Formulate Control Plan
• •  Formulate Safe Work Method Statement
• •  Notify WorkCover and obtain mandatory permit for asbestos removal

• •  Neighbours informed of when asbestos removal works are to take place
• •  Provide air monitoring during asbestos removal – taken by independent assessor
• •  All asbestos is lowered into a 200UM plastic lined bin
• •  Asbestos is removed by a licensed asbestos removal company
• •  Asbestos is disposed of at an accredited DECC site
