Project Description:
R.O. Steel Roofing undertook the removal of asbestos sheeting and installed Metlok roof sheeting, Corrugated wall cladding, 24gsm opal fiberglass roof sheeting, down-pipes, sumps, insulation, box gutter and eaves gutters at one of Sims Metal Management’s recycling yards.
Early detailed forward planning allowed our team to overcome the many project constraints and challenges. Over 3,500 m² in size, this project had to be undertaken in a short time frame in order to allow prospective tenants to move into their new location by their original designated timeframe.
Our teams approach to this project was to achieve the best possible outcome for the client which was accomplished in a highly cooperative and consultative manner. The building is now occupied by multiple businesses and is a vibrant commercial property.
